Mary and the Duchess, the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Lisa E Moss for Twenty8Twelve, takes its inspiration from the barefoot aristocrat. A girl with noble roots living a bohemian lifestyle. Adventurer Mary in her Ibizan bolthole.


The jewellery features heirloom pieces steeped in history, passed down, and reinterpreted in new ways by a new generation. Long swinging chains with clusters of antique curiosities and charms speak of a carefree, sunbleached summer in Ibiza while other pieces hint towards 1950s Riviera chic. A tribal vibe emerges through the use of Victorian pattern and detailing.


The palette is uncomplicated – soft silvers and burnished golds, sea greens and pearl lustres. The collection has a relaxed, thrown on feel with an understated elegance.
